How To – Soak The Perfect Micro Pellets Beginner
Do you want to fish with the perfect micro pellets every time you go fishing? Here is your guide on how to prepare the perfect micro pellets.
You Will Need
Micro pellets 2mm |
Water |
5.3 Pint Bait Box |
5 Pint Strainer |
Micro pellets are a vital bait on both commercial and natural waters for pole and feeder work. Here’s a simple guide on how to soak the perfect micro pellets every time;
The correct amount of pellets
Pour your desired amount of micro pellets into the Strainer and Bait Box.
Adding water
Add water to the pellets and mix thoroughly, ensuring all pellets are fully submerged.
Soaking the pellets
Let the pellets soak up the water for about 2 minutes. (We recommend using a stopwatch for accurate soaking.)
Draining the pellets
Once the pellets have been soaking for the required time, remove the strainers from the bait box using the corner tabs. It is important to allow the pellets to fully drain by placing the Strainer on flat ground.
Fully soaking the pellets
Leave the pellets to soak for about 30 minutes, fully absorbing the water, and you’ll have perfectly soaked micro pellets.
